In 2011, there was dire need to acquire more warehouse space for the growing Verturo companies. Once the perfect piece of property became available, construction on the new warehouse was underway on a half-acre tract in central McAllen. The new functional warehouse was built out to a 6,000 square foot building and was completed in 2011.The total building is comprised of 1,500 square feet of office space, 2,000 square feet of air-conditioned warehouse space, and 2,500 square feet of non-air-conditioned warehouse space. The office has a reception desk, public his/her bathrooms, three offices, a large conference room, with private (hidden) built in bathroom and kitchen. The office has stained concrete floors, granite desks, and countertops. A large security fence around the entire perimeter surrounds the building.
