Verturo started purchasing lots at Jackson South Estates in 2009. Between 2009-2011, the company also acquired land and built 14 four-plexes, which became, Jackson South Estates, a community of two-story townhomes and single-story four-plex apartments in in Pharr. The townhomes are elegantly designed with diverse floorplans that include 2 and 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs, kitchen, dining room, living room, and half bath downstairs. Each unit has tile floors throughout and carpeted stairs. The four-plex apartments also have a diversity of floorplans, which include 3 bedroom/3 bath and 2 bedroom/2 bath.These units are decorated with attractive detailing similar to the townhomes. This portfolio was sold throughout 2013-2015.
