The land for Kerria Square was purchased in the end of 2012. Shortly after, construction began on this well-designed and beautifully-finished multi-family community, located in McAllen, near the intersection of Nolana and 23rd. Nineteen four-plexes and one six-plex add up to 82 units that are located within the award-winning Milam School District and near the McAllen Public Library. Verturo currently owns and manages Kerria Square.
