Mon-Mack Landing started construction in the fall of 2016 and was platted by July 2017. It is a four-plex subdivision in Edinburg that is in close proximity to UT-RGV and the upcoming Texas A&M University College of Engineering. It is located on Mon Mack near the intersection of 10th Street and Highway 107. The gated community includes 115 four-plex lots and a common area.
