Orangewood North & The Estates at Orangewood North

Orangewood North and The Estates at Orangewood North are a joint venture between Verturo and Domain Development. The land for these projects was purchased in 2015 and the development started soon after. Orangewood North is set to be north McAllen’s last large residential development subdivision along 2^nd Street, with large 1/2 acre, estate-sized lots. The Estates at Orangewood North are 7 stand-alone 1-acre lots. Both of these developments are found within McAllen ISD: Gonzalez Elementary, Cathy Middle School and Memorial High School.
